Knight Frank and PRODA to beta AI solutions

Knight Frank, a property advisor that works on an international level, has recently announced a strategic partnership with a UK local proptech startup, PRODA, to help the company beta test the phases of its AI-enabled software.

Knight Frank LLP is an estate agency, residential and commercial property consultancy founded in London by John Knight, Howard Frank and William Rutley in 1896. Knight Frank together with its New York-based affiliate Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is one of the world's largest global property consultancies.

PRODA aims to solve core data processing pain points in real estate. The software addresses the issue of unstructured data - said to be a major barrier to digital transformation in the industry.

PRODA automatically captures property data from spreadsheets, before standardizing, error-checking and securely storing it.
