There's a new mobile application that is geared towards Western Australian real estate buyers and sellers powered by a real estate association.
The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) has announced it is powering the itrack property app, which offers real-time Western Australian real estate information from agents to buyers and sellers.
REIWA is Western Australia’s real estate institute, the peak body for the real estate profession in the state that exists to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible for all West Australians. REIWA is a member-owned organization representing over 1,100 agencies and more than 90 percent of operating real estate agents in WA.
The app integrates with the REIWA, which allows for the buying and selling of property, and provides access to property already on the platform.
Current functionality allows for sellers to see visitor numbers at open houses, the number of visitors online, notifications of how many email inquiries have been sent and unscheduled viewing time requests, and the ability contact and review agents.
